HR Holden-
Standard Sedan - The basic model for the budget buyer
Special Sedan - The dressed up model with chrome trim and often two tone
Premier Sedan - All the extras and luxury fittings for the executive or up-market buyer
When Holden introduced the HR model during April of 1966, the catch-cry was "new turbo smooth power, three mighty engines, up to 145hp!"
Three trip levels were available. The standard, a Special, and the luxurious Premier complete with lustrous Morrokide upholstery. During the HR's life, major safety features were added, including lap-sash front seat belts, reversing lights and windscreen washers.
Across all models 252, 352 HR's were built and it has now become a modern day classic.
With this stylish set, Trax Models salutes the practicality and classic shape of what is undoubtedly one of the most loved Holdens of all.
